Previewing Themes + Threats to Democracy in 2025

In this briefing held on December 13, 2024, A More Perfect Union’s leadership team explored critical challenges to safeguarding democratic institutions in the coming year, including efforts to politicize the military and justice department, intimidate civil society actors, and weaken the checks and balances meant to prevent government overreach. Most importantly, they discussed how this might tangibly appear for Jewish organizations — and what we can begin to do about it.
