The 2024 election has already sparked a maelstrom of political, social, and cultural forces that have inflamed a national atmosphere of volatility, division, and anxiety. After the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump, the risks of increased toxic polarization, threats of political violence, and assaults on democratic principles and institutions remain serious and growing concerns.
As moral voices and trusted messengers, faith-based institutions must ensure that our leaders and communities possess the knowledge and tools to meet this moment with clarity and conviction.
Together with leading organizations in democracy, bridge-building, counter-extremism, and physical and cyber security, this summit will equip Jewish organizational leaders with knowledge, skills, and strategies to support their communities through any storms that arise from the leadup to Election Day through the inauguration.
